Vellore Maavattam
Muthukumar, a village boy studies hard to become an IAS, and eventually becomes an IPS officer instead. He gets assigned to Vellore district, where he starts to change the system. However, when he crosses paths with a dreaded don Gurumurthy, be gets pressurized and starts fighting against him. But soon, when Gurumurthy's life comes in danger, he gets involved in a bigger brawl with the corrupt system.
